Registrations are open for the EVSO congress on the theme of the PELVIS!
It will take place in Namur, Belgium, from October 3-4, 2025.

The program includes:

Friday and Saturday:
conferences in the morning, workshops in the afternoon

General Assembly (EVSO members only) on friday at 5.30 p.m

Gala dinner at the Brasserie François around friday 7:30 p.m. to enjoy a typical Belgian menu

All participants and companion are welcome to join the gala dinner, but only with prior registration via the website.

Attention!!!

Our congress will take place at the same time as the Francophone Film Festival
So, many hotels are already fully booked!!

Hotel informations: 
We have booked at the Ibis Styles Namur Hotel | (Ave D Ecolys 2, Namur) Single and double rooms at a preferential rate.
You book the room yourself using the reference "2512CONVET" (conditions attached). Please note: reservation deadline: 05/09/25

To limit the number of cars to park, we strongly encourage you to carpool between the hotel (located 15 minutes from Namur city center, where the conferences will be held) and the workshop locations.
