Registrations are open for our EVSO congress on 3rd and 4th of october 2025 in Namur - Belgium on the theme of the pelvis!
The program includes:
Friday and Saturday:
conferences in the morning, workshops in the afternoon
Friday at 5.30 p.m
General Assembly (EVSO members only)
Friday 7:30 p.m.
Gala dinner at the Brasserie François around to enjoy a typical Belgian menu!
All participants and companion are welcome to join the gala dinner, but only with prior registration via the website.

Our congress will take place at the same time as the Francophone Film Festival!
So, many hotels are already fully booked!
We have booked at the Ibis Styles Namur Hotel | (Ave D Ecolys 2, Namur) Single and double rooms at a preferential rate. You book the room yourself using the reference "2512CONVET" (conditions attached).
Please note: reservation deadline: 05/09/25!!!
To limit the number of cars to park, we strongly encourage you to carpool between the hotel (located 15 minutes from Namur city center, where the conferences will be held) and the workshop locations.
